Equine Sports Massage is the application of massage techniques used on the horse for the purpose of increased circulation, range of movement, improving overall performance and health. Massage is one of the oldest and most effective forms of treatment, which is suitable for all equines from young to old, to the top competition horse to the happy hacker. It helps the horse perform at its best, whist helping to reduce injury or speed up recovery.

What to expect from a treatment
Prior to a full body massage being given a full detailed history will be taken and any presenting problems discussed. The treatment will take approximately 60 – 90 minutes. Your horse needs to be dry and clean prior to a treatment and ideally in a stable or a familiar environment, with the owner/handler present.
Vet consent needs to given prior to treatment.
